| Prices and Booking |
Pépet may be booked from May to October on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The accommodation will be available from 4:00 pm and should be vacated by 11:00 am. The main house may be booked on its own or with the annexe.
The calendar below shows the availabilty throughout the bookable period with the dates being the Saturday of arrival. A shaded box indicates the week is unavailable. Reductions are available during certain periods for consecutive bookings of more than a week.

Essentials
The main house is for four people maximum and potentially two children and one infant; the annexe is for three people maximum
All linen and towels are included in these prices
Advance Payment is 25% on making the reservation
Remainder plus Security (damage) Deposit (€300) to be received a minimum of 4 weeks before arrival date
Local tax to be paid on arrival

Pépet is a non-smoking house.
Detailed Booking Conditions
You can make a booking via our booking form on the Contact page or call us directly if you prefer. Once you have made a booking we require a non-returnable Advance Payment (25%) within 5 days during which time we hold the property for you. Once the Advance Payment is received we will then confirm your booking to you. The remainder of the money, as well as the Security (damage) Deposit (€300) must be paid no less than four weeks before the start of your visit. If you are booking late (ie within 4 weeks of your visit) all the money is payable on making the reservation. Any changes to your booking must be requested by email. You may pay the Advance Payment and the balance by bank transfer. Payment must be made in Euros. Credit cards are not accepted.
Any bank charges incurred due to money arriving from outside the EU or the Security (damage) Deposit being returned must be paid by the Renter.
The house is only for the number of persons shown on your booking form which we will send you (an absolute maximum of 7 persons in total) for the holiday duration. Any increase in group numbers after your booking has been confirmed will incur a fee of €90 per person for each affected week. This change of booking must be requested by email and paid for prior to your holiday commencing. We reserve the right to refuse the rental to the entire group where these occupancy rules are not adhered to and under these circumstances no refunds will be made.
The house is non-smoking and we cannot accept pets.
The rental commences after 16.00 on the start date and the property must be vacated by 11.00 at the very latest on the last day.
Your Security (damage) Deposit will be returned after your visit providing the property is left in a clean and tidy state. Deductions shall be made for breakages and any additional special cleaning required. However, the sum held shall not limit your liability to us. We refund the Security (damage) Deposit due within two weeks after the end of the rental period by bank transfer.
Cancellation by the Renter : Any cancellation must be notified to the Owner in writing and is effective upon acknowledgment of receipt. The following terms apply:- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to due date of arrival: the Renter will receive a full refund of any monies paid
- Cancellation 30 days or less but more than 14 days prior to due date of arrival: 50% of any monies paid (the Advance Payment and the rental amount) will be forfeited. The Owner may at her/his absolute discretion refund a larger portion of the rental paid by the Renter, subject to the premises being re-let. The Security Deposit will be reimbursed in full to the Renter
- Cancellation 14 days or less, prior to due date of arrival: 100% of all monies paid (the Advance Payment and the full amount of the rental amount) will be forfeited to the Owner. Only the Security Deposit will be reimbursed in full to the Renter
- If the rental period is shortened by the Renter the full price of the rental set out in the Details remains payable to the Owner without any reimbursement to the Renter.
We shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused to or suffered by you if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, we shall within 7 days of notification to you refund all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. We shall not be responsible for interruptions to public services or problems caused by severe weather. Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for the rental of the house. |
